Jean-Luc Czech
Jean-Luc brings a unique blend of financial expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and regulatory insight to SwissCheck. He began his career in banking, where he built a strong foundation in finance, risk management, and client advisory. In 2019, he founded SwissPro Business Solutions LLC, supporting entrepreneurs in company formation and corporate advisory. By 2024, he expanded into ITA Tax & Accounting LLC, delivering Swiss-quality accounting and tax services in Dubai.
In 2025, Jean-Luc co-founded SwissCheck GRC Consulting, the third pillar of his 360° platform for businesses in the UAE. His mission is to provide organisations with clear, practical, and globally aligned governance, risk, and compliance solutions.
Combining Swiss precision with Dubai ambition, Jean-Luc ensures clients receive a premium, results-driven approach that empowers sustainable growth while meeting the highest international and local standards.

Thomas brings a wealth of experience in investment and real estate to SwissCheck, along with a strong track record of building compliance-focused ventures. His career has been defined by identifying growth opportunities in the UAE’s dynamic property and investment sectors while ensuring robust governance and regulatory alignment.
His journey into compliance began with launching an AML-focused initiative, where he developed practical frameworks to help businesses navigate anti-money laundering requirements with confidence. This experience shaped his vision for integrating risk management into everyday business operations.
As co-founder of SwissCheck, Thomas combines his investment acumen with compliance expertise to support organisations in achieving both financial growth and regulatory resilience. His approach emphasizes sustainability, transparency, and long-term value creation for clients.
